At Liion Wholesale Batteries, we stand behind the quality of our power solutions and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, original condition items. Due to the hazardous nature of lithium batteries, all returns must strictly adhere to shipping regulations and safety guidelines.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Documentation

  Print your RMA form and ensure all required UN38.3 safety documentation and lithium battery warning labels are clearly attached to the exterior of the package.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the batteries in their original individual sleeves or cases to prevent short-circuiting, then pack them securely in a sturdy box with non-conductive padding.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package via a certified carrier that accepts lithium battery shipments and provide us with the tracking number to ensure your refund is processed promptly upon inspection.
